Placement of an order

Cancelling an order
No refunds on tickets to any event including match tickets sold by us unless agreed to by us in writing – Tickets can be re sold with written permission from us.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation or cancellation of tickets even if actual event is going ahead, live match, or performance for which you have purchased tickets through our platform, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:
- We will initiate a refund for the face value of the ticket(s) as per our refund policy. Please refer to our refund policy for detailed information.
Non-Responsibility for Additional Expenses:
- Travel and Accommodation: We are not responsible for any expenses incurred by you for travel, accommodation, or any other related costs in connection with the cancelled event. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation fees, hotel bookings, and any other incidental expenses.
- Any expenses related to third-party services, such as transportation or accommodation, are beyond our control, and we are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of cancellations.
Notification of Cancellation:
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly in the event of a cancellation. However, we are not responsible for any losses or inconvenience resulting from failure to receive such notifications.
- Events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, and other force majeure events, may lead to cancellations. In such cases, we are not responsible for any resulting expenses.

In the unlikely event of the event or match being postponed a new date will be arranged if you can’t make the new date a credit will be available on your account for another event or a signed item.
Postponement of event
If an event gets postponed you will be offered a new date if you can’t make the new date you will be offered a refund.
Refunds will be processed once the rearranged date has been completed and original tickets have not been used.
You can get a refund earlier by sending your tickets in by post to our postal address.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). ExPlayer.co.uk assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control:
– Pickup at store
ExPlayer.co.uk accepts returns within 14 days of physical products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.
No products may be returned to explayer without the prior written consent of Explayer and are subject to a return charge.
We will cover any return fee for items that are damaged upon arrival. Shipping costs for items that are not wanted for any other reason than damage will be covered by the customer and the refund will reflect this.
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
